Graco HVLP

The light and compact Graco HVLP portable turbine sprayers offer a superior quality and supplied with either a 3 stage or 4 stage turbine.  Both HVLP turbine machines can also be offered with a procart system. The Procart is of modular design to upgrade the HVLP sprayers and provides the additional output required for the most demanding HVLP jobs. The 9.5 Ltr Pressure Pot gives the volume to handle all large HVLP jobs. Turbines are supplied with industrial grade air filters and foam pre filters with an additional warning light on both  models when filters need cleaning helping to ensure a very high finish quality and longer life. The HVLP turbine gun has fluid, air and pattern controls at the rear of the gun, Quick change fluid sets, easy cleaning with no tools, 1 air cap fits all fluid sets, adjustable siphon tube allows for up down or sideways spraying, easy to maintain Duckbill valve , easy trigger and swivel head to accommodate cup over or cup under. Ideally suited for fine finish jobs using Dyes, Lacquer, Varnish, Stains, Latex, Oil based decorative finishes and many more. Ideal for spraying wooden cabinets, doors, stairwells and furniture. Suitable for spraying metal radiators, equipment, tools and metal fencing. As an additional item a radiator kit and a gravity fed cup are available as is cup and pressure pot liners. Additional needle / nozzle kits are available as accessory items.

High Volume Low Pressure. At the heart of every Apollo HVLP system is a powerful and efficient turbine delivering High Volume air at Low Pressure, it’s this massive air volume that atomises the paint not the pressure, so the paint stays on the surface and does not bounce back onto surrounding areas nor into the atmosphere. Easy to spray cleanly, efficiently and achieve a fantastic finish with minimal masking off and because bounce back is reduced you will save paint and help protect the environment too.

Pro-Spray 1500

Designed for the serious sprayer, this model has a powerful 1500 watt 3 stage turbine in either 110 or 240 volt and the ability to handle all types of coatings. The all new ANB300 Proline aluminium gun is the ultimate in feel and performance and comes as standard with this model.
