Accessories

Gun filters are essential to the smooth operation of your airless gun. Ensure you have the correct filter for the material you are spraying to reduce tip blockages or costly gun blockages. Coarse count mesh such as 50,60 being ideal for emulsions whilst fine mesh counts such as 100 being suitable for more refined coatings such as eggshells and lacquers.

Airless Gun Filters

Suction Strainers provide first line defence in stopping foreign bodies being sucked into the pump. Many pump blockages are caused by poor quality or missing suction strainers. A damaged or missing strainer will allow unwanted material to enter the pump creating a blockage and therefore could cause costly downtime. Remember to clean the strainer after every use and always replace damaged or split strainers without delay.
